How much does it cost? - E-Quality Bill Pay is free.
Is the payee listed on statements? - Yes, the amount, payee and date of transaction are all listed on your monthly statement. Members' names and addresses are also listed on checks to ensure correct posting.
Is there an online merchant directory? - Yes, you will have access to a live interactive directory and will also know if your payments are being made electronically or via check before they're made depending on the form the merchant will accept.
Does the system have a member notification/message system? - Yes, there are four notification types to choose from, such as when insufficient funds occur. Notifications can also be customized and sent to your email address.
What are the payment processing times? - Electronic - 3 business days; check - 6 business days.
Are there help screens available? - Yes, there is an interactive help function, including hyperlinks to related topics, topic search functionality and FAQs.
